Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Visit the park and enjoy its beauty and charm. Over a decade after the 2012 London Olympics, the park is flourishing. With elegant gardens, tree lined promenades and meanerding rivers and canals, the park is the perfect space to wander, picnic and relax. Access is completely free to all areas.
Visit Hackney Wick
A heaven for artists, makers and creators, Hackney Wick is as cool and edgy as the guidebooks suggest. During the day there are dozens of craft coffee shops and eateries and by night the trendiest bars and clubs. In the summer don't forget to check out the street art and late night goings-on down by the canal-side.
ABBA Voyager
This nostalgic and spectacular musical light show - developed by the band members and ILM Industrial Light and Magic (from Star Wars fame) is an absolutely must for fans and family! Many people attend several times (a year!) and we frequently host pre and post parties at Outpost for those attending!
The London Stadium! (COYI)
London's best located and finest stadium seats a huge, 63,000 guests. It's the home ground of West Ham United alongside, World athletics, rugby, baseball, etc. Over the summer the stadium has hosted music from the likes of Sam Fender, ACDC, Guns n Roses, Depeche Mode and The Weekend.
The Olympic Legacy!
Alongside the London Stadium, the park also hosts the National Aquatics Centre, The London Velodrome and cycling track, The Copper Box Arena and the Mittal Orbit Sculpture. Plus, a UCL and Loughborough University Campus, the Here East Media Centre. and is super close to Hackney Marshes and the Lea Valley sports centre.
The East Bank
To rival the South Bank Centre in town, the East Bank complex contains the new V&A East museum, The BBC concert hall, UAL London School of Fashion and Sadlers Wells newest theatre space. All facing west and overlooking the River Lea. The perfect location for a night out and within whispering distance of Outpost!
Westfield Stratford.
A shopping mecca. Nothing less. Westfield contains all the biggest luxury and high street brands, all under one roof. Its located just behind Outpost, providing you with easy access to some retail therapy, followed by a delicious cocktail - or two!
